This will allow you access to every house available that meets your needs. Although online listing photos will help you to narrow the search – a personal showing of the property with your Dzen agent is necessary to reach a final decision. |
| THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT – Your Dzen Realty agent has the knowledge to fully explain the Purchase agreement to you and is very adept in the negotiation process. Once a contract has been agreed to by the buyer and seller, your Dzen agent will make available to you a list of inspection companies to assist you in the buying process. Your agent will be present with you during all inspections of the property and assist you in negotiating for necessary repairs. |
| CLOSING – Once you have obtained mortgage commitment, a closing date will be scheduled, and your Dzen agent will provide you whatever services are required until closing. |

Your home will also appear on CT Real, Zillow, Trulia, MSN, Wall Street Journal and many, many more major websites. |
